Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is 7 days. Some discounted weekly plans require a 4-week commitment for a better rate.
Mileage
Unlimited mileage applies under the applicable rental terms outlined in your signed rental agreement. Confirm the specifics before you drive.
Maintenance
Routine vehicle maintenance is included so you are not paying for wear-and-tear repairs during your rental. Report any mechanical issues to our local team.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the rental. Applicable coverage, permitted vehicle use, and legal obligations must be confirmed before rental.
Eligibility & verification
Renters must meet age, license, residency, and use-type requirements. Gig drivers must provide verifiable work history; personal-use renters must provide income verification. Identity verification is required.
Permitted use
Your rental agreement defines permitted use. If you intend to use a vehicle for a platform such as Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or another gig service, indicate that on your application so we can confirm the right terms. Platform approval is never automatic.
