Questions to Ask Before Renting a Car

Before you sign a rental agreement, ask the right questions. Here's a checklist that applies to any weekly rental in Raleigh.
What's included in the rate?
Ask whether maintenance, mileage, and roadside support are included. Our weekly rentals include routine maintenance and unlimited mileage under applicable terms.
What's the minimum term?
Our minimum rental period is 7 days. Some discounted plans require a 4-week commitment. Confirm the term before you commit.
What are the eligibility requirements?
Ask about age, license, residency, and use-type requirements. We require a minimum age of 21, a valid NC license (or proof of residency), and living/working within 45 miles of Raleigh.
What about insurance?
Insurance is not included in our rental. Ask what coverage you need and confirm with your insurer and any platform you drive for.
What happens if the car needs service?
Ask how maintenance and breakdowns are handled. With us, routine maintenance is included and our local team coordinates service.
